The problem
A busy clinic was running its day across a booking tool, text threads and spreadsheets. They wanted one place for the front desk and the practitioners, with follow-ups that didn't depend on someone remembering.
Our approach
We designed around the clinic's daily routine. Reception and practitioners share one schedule, messages go out only with the client's consent, and retention alerts flag who is due back so follow-ups no longer depend on memory.
What we delivered
- Daily dashboard. The day's appointments, tasks that need attention and birthdays, on one screen.
- Schedule by practitioner. Every room and practitioner, side by side.
- Client messages with consent. Reminders and follow-ups, sent only with consent.
- Retention alerts. Clients who are due back are flagged before they drift.
- Inventory and prep lists. Stock and room prep, ready before the first client.
